Our ability to foster unity, deepen individual and collective insight, and cultivate inner resilience is essential in helping clients navigate these complexities. This webinar explores how coaching is uniquely positioned to provide a powerful path forward for leaders, organizations, and individuals through this uncertainty.
Dr. Denise E. Williams is an equity-focused transformative educator and certified diversity coach whose work spans academia, industry leadership, and organizational development. As department chair and full professor in the College of Business and Management at Metropolitan State University, she has pioneered numerous initiatives focused on empowering marginalized populations, including grant winning and high impact programs in leadership development, innovative mindset, and career readiness. Drawing from her extensive experience as a thought leader in diversity coaching and her certification from the Coaching Diversity Institute, Dr. Williams brings a unique perspective on building inclusive environments through her work with educational institutions, national corporate organizations, and community partners. She holds a Doctorate in Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Economics from Spelman College, complemented by professional certifications in diversity coaching, entrepreneurial mindset development, and cross-cultural leadership.
