Jenny Banner has been helping professionals and teams flourish for over two decades. As a Transformational Leadership Coach, she works with all levels of leaders to expand their capabilities, communication skills, and enhance the relationships in their life. Her appetite for self-awareness, perspective building, life alignment, social experimentation, and action planning is insatiable. Thus, it’s her life’s work to hold space for leaders and individuals to uncover their authentic selves and chart the course to living fully aligned and integrated lives.

Most recently, Jenny served as CEO of the Indianapolis creative agency, SmallBox. Currently, she combines her business acumen and experience with her expertise in coaching, organizational design, human resources, and design thinking together in her coaching and consulting firm, Bright Corner Group.

As an executive coach and leadership development expert, Brendan Crowley’s goal is to help leaders become high-level influencers. He works with executives who want to improve their effectiveness, communicate to influence, maximize their organizational contribution, and advance their careers. After a 30+ year international financial and manufacturing career at Eli Lilly & Company, including Global Controller for Drug Substance Manufacturing, Brendan chose to pursue his passion for coaching others. Growth comes from leveraging strengths, stretching beyond one’s comfort zone and learning to apply key business and personal mindset skills.

Brendan is a native of Ireland, living with his family in Zionsville, Indiana. He is a Chartered Management Accountant. Brendan is also a certified coach under the Coach Training Alliance, a certified trainer for Crucial Conversations (Vital Smarts), and a certified trainer for the Situational Leadership II Experience (The Blanchard Companies). He also serves as Treasurer of the International Coaching Federation, Indiana Chapter.

Cynthia is an experienced healthcare executive and leadership coach with over 30 years of global and national leadership experience in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She is noted for her expertise in executive leadership and organizational administration, bridging strategic vision to organizational implementation, resource acquisition and management, the design and implementation of infrastructure systems, global, multicultural, intersectoral relationship building, and public relations/communications.

As a leadership consultant and certified executive coach, she created and implemented a customized, enterprise-wide leadership development program for a Fortune 100 corporation, targeted toward designated high-potential leaders. She also regularly speaks on leadership topics for various organizations and large groups, and currently coaches several leaders within the healthcare industry.

Cynthia has provided leadership and direction for the global initiatives of a 135,000-member professional association, including work at the United Nations, the World Health Organization (WHO), and directing an International Leadership Institute. She has been the Vice President for a major media/communications firm, responsible for the multimillion-dollar success of regions in the central United States. During her tenure her team experienced a four-fold growth in revenue, and she created and led several highly effective advisory boards in metropolitan areas nationwide.

Sara is an energy enthusiast and vision transformation architect. After spending nearly two decades in the medical diagnostics space as a sales leader and mentor she heeded the call for something bigger and went to the other side to blaze her own trail in 2019. Her passion for igniting the power within is achieved by leveraging her proprietary approach of integrating vision and energy to propel her clients to new heights. She enjoys igniting individuals and teams to Become Their TRUE Self(ves).

While Sara is able to claim a number of accolades including; Professional Coach Certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (CPC through iPEC), Certification in Energy Leadership (ELI-MP), a number of Leadership awards, excelling in Senior Leadership positions, and currently the Membership Director for the ICF-IN chapter, what really lights her up is the extraordinary life she is creating by design alongside her supportive husband and two remarkable kids.

Kerry Hoffman, Ph.D., PCC has been in the field of education for over 30 years. She has held a number of roles including teacher, assistant professor, state assessment consultant, high school administrator, central office director, university center director, and state coordinator. She has coached principals and teachers for many years, has trained instructional coaches, and now has a K-12 leadership coaching practice. Kerry is passionate about helping school administrators become the leaders their teachers need and deserve. She is also married with three grown children who have flown the nest and she also coaches women, especially empty-nesters, to help them design and live their best lives.

Kurt Schoch
