And everybody has their own language and labeling. Whatever you call it, it's pretty simple: there's a difference between everyday listening and deep, powerful, full receiving, listening. You might even know that we are listening to more than just the words that are being said. So much more. However, I’ll bet that you’re actually not listening to your clients as fully, deeply, expansively and MasterFully as you can. And that’s where we go in this lesson. Listen up, coach.
