About this event

Internal conflicts are a common human experience. They are often either the reason for a client seeking coaching, or as the client grows, they may appear as energies/ideas of their evolution.

When coaches understand the foundations of how the Divided Self appears in themselves, and how to facilitate from deeper awareness, they can show up in the world for their clients as a whole expression of themselves, sitting with even more intentional presence.

We will discuss many models of division and discuss how these ideas might be showing up for the coach in their practice.

1. The concept of the Divided Self and Internal Conflict of Parts
2. Basic Parts Theory and Facilitation
3. What the client’s parts might represent in energies and theories
4. How to hear and facilitate at transactional and transformational levels
