While it might be obvious that we are always impacting on and in relation to each other, it takes a particular skill set to build and create with the relational impact unfolding in a coaching session. By calling this relationality out into the open with our clients, we direct their attention away from their internal mental loop and out toward the container we are building together.
In this game-changing workshop, coach innovator, trainer and author Carrie Sackett, MS, PCC teaches you what relational questions are, and when and how to use them. You will experience getting bounced out of how we are used to talking and leave with tools for inviting clients into full presence—where the deeper work of awareness and growth emerges.
