Biography
Olutosin “Olu” Burrell, MSOD, PCC, is an Executive/Leadership Coach, [People]
Matter Expert, and Change Leadership Consultant. His 20+ years of experience includes working
with individuals and teams in local and federal government, the not-for-profit
and private sectors (including the Fortune 1000 and Global 500), as well as in
K-12 and higher education. Olu is a sought-after coach, speaker, consultant
and facilitator who believes that learning occurs best via the vehicle of story
and his expertise is in guiding clients through a process of composing those
stories towards the intentional crafting of their legend.
Olu has a B.A. in English from Howard University, a M.S. in Organization Development from American
University and a Comprehensive Evidence-Based Coaching certification from Fielding
Graduate University.
