Kerry spent over a decade coaching leaders through high-stakes transitions before turning that same philosophy toward a different kind of leadership: the leadership of your own personal and professional life. As an educator with a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, she's spent her career believing something simple — people are always capable of learning and growing, at any age or stage. That belief now shapes her coaching practice, built on one core idea: clarity doesn't just come from more reflection. It also comes from actions that reveal who you're becoming as you take the lead in designing and living a life on your own terms.
