Her most notable accomplishments occurred during her tenure at Eli Lilly and Company, while leading teams for innovative and award-winning business solutions in support of patient outcomes.
She has spent several years mastering her self-development through training, co-authoring a book for leadership enrichment, industry certifications, and professional coaching for the personal value of understanding what it means to go from broken to blessed, at a pivotal point in her career. This has fueled her unwavering commitment to ensure the appropriate engagement as a coach, mentor, and previously serving as an advisor on the boards of a small business and non-profit organization, to transform businesses, develop sustainable programs, and enrich the lives of many.
