As a seasoned Organizational Development professional Scott brings a unique blend of hands on and practical solutions-based experience to leadership and executive development. A majority of his over 30 years’ experience has been within the automotive sector including one Fortune 500 organization for the past 20 years. His current external client base includes a diverse portfolio of middle to executive level leaders in the health care, engineering, manufacturing, education, and IT sectors.

Scott is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and compliments this with a variety of professional certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Organization Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner. He is also certified in a variety of assessment instruments including The Leadership Circle (TLC), Hogan, Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and DiSC.

Scott currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana. In his free time, Scott enjoys Crossfit, likes to travel, and is an avid reader. His dream is to someday own a second home somewhere in the mountains (preferably Colorado) and he would love to hike all or parts of the Appalachian Trail.

Kerry Hoffman, Ph.D., PCC has been in the field of education for over 30 years. She has held a number of roles including teacher, assistant professor, state assessment consultant, high school administrator, central office director, university center director, and state coordinator. She has coached principals and teachers for many years, has trained instructional coaches, and now has a K-12 leadership coaching practice. Kerry is passionate about helping school administrators become the leaders their teachers need and deserve. She is also married with three grown children who have flown the nest and she also coaches women, especially empty-nesters, to help them design and live their best lives.

Molly Clark

With over three decades of leadership experience in the financial services industry, Tammy has excelled in roles spanning sales, business development, national accounts, and relationship management for both Fortune 500 companies and startups. Known for her ability to navigate complexity and identify effective solutions, she focuses on driving business growth and developing leadership talent.

Tammy is deeply passionate about leadership development, viewing it not just as a set of skills, but as a mindset and part of our identity. She believes in cultivating conscious, purpose-driven leaders who grow and evolve every day. As a certified coach and mentor, she works with leaders at all stages, from seasoned professionals to emerging talent, across corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

Tammy serves on the advisory board and is a past President of WIPN, an organization dedicated to advancing female leaders in the retirement services industry. She holds PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation and the CPCC from Co-Active Training Institute as well as FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations.

Matt Dickerson believes that all good leaders encounter times in their careers where they cannot find answers on their own. He is convinced that his purpose in life is to help people through those moments.

Matt has enjoyed a 20-year career in sales and management that serves as the foundation of his skills for coaching and mentoring. He has worked in multiple industries with the majority of his experience in Pharmaceutical/Vaccines. During his time with a global pharmaceutical company, Matt was instrumental in developing and executing new tools for people development. He mentored coaches in how to be more effective people developers and managers. He also created a curriculum that supported skill growth in coaching for performance.

Matt has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis. He is recognized as a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds certifications in a number of personality and behavioral assessments including DiSC, Insights Discovery, Catalyst Effect, and Hogan. He is the former Board President for Family Promise of Greater Indy and the a Past President of the Indiana Chapter of ICF.

Vince believes that people already have the answers to their biggest questions—they just haven’t uncovered them yet. Through his coaching sessions, he fosters an environment of curiosity, asking insightful questions that help clients think in new ways and take meaningful action toward goals they once thought were out of reach. 

He founded Invinceable Coaching to be a trusted support system for those striving to reach their next level of success. His mission is to pay forward the wisdom and guidance he has received throughout his career, helping others navigate both personal and professional challenges with confidence and clarity. Drawing from his background in endurance sports, Vince brings a mindset of resilience and perseverance to his coaching practice. 

With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Vince has held diverse roles in leadership, training and development, and sales and marketing. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Illinois State University and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where he also serves on the board of the Indiana Chapter. 

Beyond coaching, Vince enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, running, music, cooking, and sports. He is also an active board member of the Fishers Running Club, supporting his passion for endurance sports and community engagement.
