Biography
Mike Johnson works as a Professional Coach and Career Strategist, serving as a catalyst to help people move from survival toward significance in their professional lives. You can think of him as a “Chief Empowerment Officer” - blending extensive coaching and corporate experience to help develop and empower others professionally and personally. Mike focuses on leadership development, employment engagement and development, and career management. He has worked with individual clients, universities, organizations, and multinational corporations.
Mike loves working one-on-one with individuals, in groups and workshops, and with organizations to improve their culture by increasing their level of focus and energy on their people. He leverages 35 years’ experience from a career in Information Technology - including systems, sales, marketing, leadership, people management, organizational culture, and mentoring.
He is most effective in working and collaborating with people, including mentoring, coaching, encouraging, and developing. He brings authenticity and a sense of humor to his clients. He is a Certified Professional Coach, and member of the International Coaching Federation.
