Biography
Kerry has worked in K-12 education for 22 years. In that time, she has coached a number of teachers, as well as building and district leaders to impact their effectiveness as leaders and the teaching and learning in their buildings.
She has a Ph. D. in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Superintendent's license. She has held roles at all levels of K-12 including: teacher, building and district administrator, assistant professor, university center director, and federal technical assistance and capacity-building specialist.
Kerry also works with individuals looking to capitalize on coaching for personal growth and development.
She offers 1:1 coaching and team coaching. And, as a Positive Intelligence coach, she also offers the 6-week Positive Intelligence course as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with coaching.
