Biography
I am passionate about helping top talent reach their full potential. After 30 years with Johnson & Johnson, what I am most proud of is seeing those that I had the privilege to lead, coach and mentor accomplish more than they ever thought possible.
Today I bring this same passion and experience to both employers and professionals looking to bring their values, strengths and energy together to discover and fulfill their unique purpose, making a meaningful impact, both professionally and personally.
I am an ICF Credentialed (ACC) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with focus on Executive, Career and Leadership Development. I am a Master Practitioner in multiple leadership assessments and serve as faculty for coaching workshops impacting hundreds of professionals around the globe. Those that I’ve coached and mentored have progressed to senior leadership roles across all business functions throughout the world. Those that I’ve worked with would describe me as Inspiring, Encouraging, Passionate, Purpose-Driven, Energetic, Collaborative, and Caring (see recommendations below).
As an Executive with J&J, I consistently drove industry leading results in consumer, medical device, and medical technology divisions. My background includes Senior Leadership roles in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and General Management while collaboratively working with R&D, IT, Finance and HR Teams. With proven experience from launching start-ups to leading a team responsible for over $2 billion in sales, I can help everyone from an entrepreneur to the leader navigating today’s highly matrixed organization.
I’m a strong ally and champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through recruiting and coaching diverse talent and sponsoring Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to develop and empower talent. I launched and served as the Lead for Culturally Inclusive Marketing campaigns which expanded J&J’s leadership in health equity. As an Executive Sponsor of ERGs, I saw first-hand how Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs can transform an organization.
Finally, I’m a proud veteran where my leadership journey began as an officer in the U.S. Air Force.
