Biography
Jennifer Muszik is a business executive with over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry. Most recently, she was the Executive Director, Worldwide Field Learning at Biogen responsible for developing and leading the implementation of the global commercial, medical, market access and patient services learning strategy. Jennifer is passionate about leading leaders who focus on developing their teams to create and deliver application-based learning programs to enable the commercial teams for success. She also partners closely with the Global Learning & Development team to customer leadership development programs for all levels of leaders in the commercial organization globally. Prior to joining Biogen, Jennifer spent nearly 17 years at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and 3 years at Roche Diagnostics where she held a myriad of roles across sales, account management, marketing and learning.
Jennifer is also passionate about leading and coaching. In 2015, she opened her own executive coaching and consulting business where she partners with clients and organizations to identify core strengths and opportunities to define a path for transformational change. As an executive coach, Jennifer has earned her coaching certificate from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and holds a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) from the Flourishing Center.
Jennifer is the author of the book An Everyday Miracle which she published at the end of 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jennifer currently resides in Zionsville, Indiana, with her husband, Paul, and their three children.
