Expert Business Solutions LLC ("EBS") is an executive coaching and professional development training company that helps organizations develop powerful leaders of diverse populations who successfully navigate complex challenges by tapping into the energy of success.
Successful leaders aren’t just born, they are awakened and developed as they learn how to connect to their core passions and lead through inspiration and motivation. Energy driven leaders are responsive and create opportunities and solutions consistently.
EBS also provides safe, healing spaces for Black professional women and leaders to navigate racism, create their narrative, develop innovative startegies, and respond from a place of power instead of injury.
EBS was birthed by an African American female, Julie Sanchez. Sanchez's experience ranges from being an executive coach and an award winning leader to working with underestimated entrepreneurs.
