During her time in Human Resources, Stacey witnessed the profound influence that small businesses have on their stakeholders and the surrounding community. This ignited her fascination with what truly makes a small business successful: its people. As her professional growth continued, Stacey embarked on a career move that took her to Nashville, TN, where she had the gratifying opportunity to assist numerous clients, ranging from startups to established enterprises. Her focus was on fostering business growth while preserving their unique corporate culture.
