Biography
Michelle Williams graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2022 with a master’s degree in organizational leadership. She obtained a BA in Communication from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana in 2005. While at DePauw, Michelle studied international business during her semester off-campus at American University in Washington, D.C. Michelle is a Certified Scrum Master and is in the process of obtaining an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
Michelle is a value-driven, results-oriented professional with experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, non-profit, and national food brand industries. She has held roles in human resources, project management, and volunteer management.
Michelle is a strong communicator and presenter and is also exceptionally skilled at creating and maintaining relationships. She is passionate about working with individuals and helping them discover their path to achieving their goals. Michelle also enjoys helping teams improve their interpersonal relationships, team dynamics, communication, and overall performance.
